On June 5, 2022, a study conducted by the AMR Consortium of the Nikkei FT Communicable Diseases Conference Asia Africa Medical Innovation Consortium (AMIC) (Secretariat: AMR Alliance Japan) was discussed by Professor Hajime Kanamori (Comprehensive Infectious Disease Laboratory, Department of Internal Medicine, Tohoku University School of Medicine) at the 70th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Chemotherapy during Symposium 11-3: Trends in Antimicrobial Resistance in the Environment. Professor Kanamori served as a collaborator on the study’s research design and analysis.
